An Open Access Self Archiving Mandate is a policy adopted by a research institution for its researchers in this regard.

For institutional record-keeping, research asset management, and performance-evaluation purposes (wherever applicable), and in order to maximize the visibility, accessibility, usage and impact of our Institute's research output, our Institute's researchers are mandated by the Competent Authority, to deposit the final, peer-reviewed, accepted drafts of all their journal articles, conference papers and accepted theses into our Institute's institutional repository to be maintained by the ARIS CELL, immediately upon acceptance for publication.
