Year of Submission: 2002
Abstract: A study was undertaken to evaluate tuberose genotypes for qualitative and quantitative characteristics and to understand the variability land heritability of different morphological traits. Fourteen genotypes of tuberose were evaluated. Hybrids Prajwal, 1x6 (T) and Shringar exhibited superior performance for loose flower yield while Vaibhav and Suvasini recorded higher spike yield. Hybrids IIHR-2, 1x6 (T) and Shringar exhibited good multiplication of bulbs.
